  • X-ray scattering techniques: Small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS), Grazing incident small angle
  • X-ray scattering (GISAXS), X-ray reflectometry (XRR);
  • X-ray Spectrometry techniques: X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS); X-ray absorption
  • Spectroscopy (XANES and EXAFS).
