Admission

The selection processes for PPGCEM occur twice a year, with announcements typically made in April and October. The admission process primarily involves the evaluation of the Documented Curriculum and the Motivation Letter demonstrating alignment with PPGCEM's research lines, submitted by the applicant. In cases where there is competition for scholarships, there is also a Knowledge Test in Materials Science to rank candidates and allocate any institutional scholarships to the top performers.
