PPGCEM student awards prize for best oral presentation at international congress

          PhD candidate Aline Vasconcelos Duarte, supervised by professors Dr. Juliano Marini and Dr. Francys Kley Vieira Moreira, was awarded in the Best Oral Presentation category in Materials Science and Engineering at the "30th Jornadas de Jóvenes Investigadores", promoted by the Asociación de Universidades Grupo Montevideo (AUGM).
        The event took place between October 11 and 13 at the Universidad Nacional de Asunción (UNA) in Paraguay. More than 650 young researchers from public universities in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay attended. The theme of the 2023 edition was "Investigación científica y tecnológica para un desarrollo sostenible".
