UFSCar and University of Calgary (Canada) signed a cooperation agreement

On Friday afternoon (October 25th, 2019), a Cooperation Agreement was signed between UFSCar and the University of Calgary (Canada) which will provide teachers from both Universities with the institutionalization of partnerships.

On October 25th, 2019 UFSCar and University of Calgary (Canada) signed a cooperation agreement. Dr. Uttandaraman Sundararaj, Full Professor at the University of Calgary and the UFSCar Dean Wanda Hoffmann signed a general agreement that will provide faculties from both Universities with the institutionalization of research partnerships.

Prof. Dr. Uttandaraman Sundararaj visited our University in response to the invitation of the Materials Science and Engineering Program (PPGCEM/UFSCar). PPGCEM has been established partnerships with the University of Calgary for the last 15 years. With the signing of the general agreement, faculties from other graduate programs and departments will also be able to institutionalize future collaborations.

Along with the UFSCar Dean and the representative of the University of Calgary the head of the Foreign Relations Office of UFSCar, Estela Canevarolo, and Prof. Dr. Leonardo Canto, coordinator of the PPGCEM, were present.
